langkah untuk melakukan penyadapan:

Tips Mengatasi Insomnia – Gangguan Susah Tidur

Insomia adalah dimana seseorang mengalami gangguan susah tidur atau tidak dapat tidur dengan nyeyak. atau juga sering terjaga di malam hari dan sepanjang hari merasakan kelelahan.

Jenis insomnia bermacam-macam, biasanya dibedakan berdasarkan lama keluhan berlangsung. Ada yang disebut insomnia akut, insomnia transien, insomnia sementara, dan insomnia kronik.

Penderita insomnia akut mengalami tidur yang kurang lelap selama 3 rninggu sampai 6 bulan. Insomnia transien terjadi beberapa hari sampai beberapa minggu, dan dapat disebabkan oleh penyakit lain, perubahan lingkungan, atau stres.

Insomnia kronik paling sulit untuk diatasi, karena lebih kompleks dan berlangsung lebih lama (lebih dari 4 minggu) sampai bertahun-tahun. Insomnia ini dapat merupakan gejala dari penyakit lain atau diagnosis tersendiri.

Penyebab Insomnia

Ada Banyak hal yang dapat menyebabkan keluhan insomnia. Selain faktor stres, penyebab lain diantaranya obat-obatan, gangguan irama sirkadian,serta penyakit tertentu (contoh: asma, inkontinensia unin/tidak bisa menahan kencing pada dewasa).

Obat-obatan yang dikaitkan dengan insomnia adalah jenis obat psikoaktif yang bersifat stimulan (merangsang), efedrin , amfetamin, antibiotik seperti golongan fluoroquinolon, teofilin, dan kafein.

Gangguan irama sirkadian biasanya disebabkan oleh perubahan jam kerja, dari pagi menjadi malam misalnya, atau karena jet lag. Jet lag (disinkronosis) biasanya dialami orang yang berpergian ke negara dengan zona waktu yang berbeda, umumnya perjalanan dan timur ke barat.

Untuk insomnia kronik lebih kompleks, karena dapat disebabkan oleh gangguan hormon,kelainan sinyal otak,dan gangguan psikiatnik (kejiwaan). Menurut Dr. Nurmiati, hormon yang mungkin terlibat dalam insomnia adalah peningkatan kortisol (hormon stres), kekurangan hormon pertumbuhan,dan kekurangan melatonin. Gangguan psikiatrik yang menjadi penyebab adalah kecernasan, depresi, dan penyalahgunaan zat seperti alkohol.

Kondisi higiene tidur yang kurang baik juga dapat menyebabkan insomnia. Higiene tidur misalnya tidur di ranjang atau tempat yang kurang nyaman, kebiasaan tidur yang kurang baik, misalnya minum kopi sebelum tidur,dan lain-lain.

Tips Mengatasi Insomnia :

1. Mungkin anda perlu meluangkan waktu sebelum tidur untuk mandi air hangat . Mandi air hangat akan menyebabkan efek sedasi atau merangsang tidur. Selain itu, mandi air hangat juga mengurangi ketegangan tubuh.

2. Berhentilah memikirkan masalah yang anda miliki atau khawatir tentang melupakan apa yang harus anda lakukan besok.

3. Buatlah Ruang tidur anda senyaman mungkin , seperti mematikan lampu kamar , dan mematikan suara yang mengganggu.

4. Sebaiknya Hindari makan dan minum terlalu banyak menjelang tidur. Makanan yang terlalu banyak akan menyebabkan perut menjadi tidak nyaman, sementara minum yang terlalu banyak akan menyebabkan anda sering ke belakang untuk buang air kecil. Sudah tentu kedua keadaan ini akan menganggu kenyenyakan tidur anda.

1. Hujan meteor Orionid

Hujan meteor orionid muncul tiap tahun, dan memuncak di sekitar tgl 21 okt. Hujan meteor ini sangat jelas terlihat dan tampak sampai 20 meteor hjau dan kuning tiap jamnya. Orinoid adalah nama cahaya meteor yang berada dilangit ditempat titik mereka berasal. Komet meteor bias dilihat di penjuru seluruh langit tapi garis pergerakan mereka akan selalu menunjuk ke arah cahaya. Cahaya meteor orinoid terletak di dekat konstelasi Orion. Dan hujan meteornya disebabkan oleh Komet Halley yg terkenal yg terakhir terlihat pada tahun 1986 yang orbitnya sekitar 75-76 tahunan

2. hujan meteor Perseid

Meteor Perseid adalah meteor yg mungkin bias kita lihat paling jelas dan biasanya terlihat di belahan bumi bagian utara pada saat malam di musim panas yg hangat. Terang dan banyak, perseid dikaitkan dgn komet swift-tuttle yng menakjubkan. Meteor ini tampaknya berasal dari sebuah cahaya di rasi Perseus dan terjadi ketika bumi melewati aliran meteor yang dikenal dgn nama awan perseid yg sebenarnya adalah residu dari ekor komet swift-tuttle.

Sebagian besar debu dari awan Perseid berumur ribuan tahun, walauoun ada beberapa diantaranya adalah debu muda yg menguap dari komet pada tahun 1862. hujan meteor perseid telah diamati sekitar 200 tahun dan biasanya terlihat mulai pertengahan juli dan memuncak pada tgl 12 agustus tiap tahunnya

3. Geminid meteor shower

Gambar berikut merupakan hujan meteor Geminid. Meteor ini bukan seperti meteor lain yg lahir dari sebuah komet, melainkan mereka berasal dari sebudah asteroid, yaitii sebuah planetoin berbatu di dekat bumi yg bernama Phaeton 3200. pada umumnya asteroid tdk menghasilkan debu ke angkasa dan bahkan diperkirakan asteroid ini sebelumnya adalah sebuah komet. Orbit Phaeton berbentuk elips seperti komet dan yang bahkan membawanya kedalam dekat matahari melebihi orbit merkurius.

Geminid pertama muncul 150 thn yg lalu, dan semenjak itu mereka menghujani bumi secara regular tiap tahun pada pertengahan desember. Mereka diperkirakan akan lebih banyak [ada tiap tahunnya dan hujan meteor baru2 ini telah terlihat lebih dari ratusan meteor menghiasi langit.

4. Quadrantid meteor shower
Banyak kilatan meteor yang terlihat pada gambar ini, meskipin terhalang oleh cahaya jihau aurora disebelah kanannya. Cahaya merah yang terlihat sebelah kiri merupakan cahaya pesawat astronom NASA DC-8 yang terbang diatas kanada utk meneliti hujan meteor Quadrantid. Dengan bantuan kamera khusus yg dapat menghasilkan gambar komposit yg menggabungkan eksposur singkat, para peneliti berharap dapat mengetahui dari mana hujan meteor ini berasal awalnya.

Karena kuatnya penampakan meteor ini, pada januari awal hujan meteor ini secara tentative didentifikasikan sbg planet kecil yg dinamakan planet 2003 EH1 kemungkinan juga diamati oleh astronom dari cina, jepang dan korea semenjak stgh milenuim lalupada puncak penampakannya, hujan meteor ini akan bias dilihat kurang dari 1 jam.
